- 110g butter
- 110g caster sugar
- 2 Medium eggs
- 150g SR Flour
- 20g Coco powder
- 4 Desert spoons milk
- 20g Chocolate
- Mix sugar and butter together
- Add egg slowly, if it separates add a little flour
- Add sieved flour and coco powder and fold in
- Add milk , then melted chocolate
- Divide into cupcake cases ( 9-12)
- Bake gas mk 4 / 180c / 350f till cooked, approx. 15 mins
- Icing
- 60g butter
- 90g Icing sugar
- 20g melted Chocolate
- Mix butter and icing sugar together
- Add melted chocolate
- Decorated cakes
