Hi, I'm Jeff Holliman, welcome to 321 cook. I started my catering journey back in 1975 when I enrolled on a two year full time catering course at Cassio college Watford herts. after leaving college I have been fortunate enough in my career to have worked in hotels, restaurants and the industrial sector. I finally decided to settle down in a position working for the NHS, before in 1995 leaving the catering industry to persue a new career. whilst working for the NHS i was able to go on and obtain further qualification through going back to college on day release and achieving a bakery qualification and my HCIMA management diploma.
Some of the highlights of my time spend in the industry was having the opportunities to enter competitions with some success.
With time on my hands like many over the last year I finally got round to working on the 321 cook website, to share with you some of my favorite recipe's, its early days and has they say Rome wasn't built in a day lol, I hope you will continue stopping by to catch the latest uploads to the site
